Our end of term concert at the Hayes Village Hall

Timings:

• 1.30pm Gather at George Pub in Hayes for Social time, Drinks, Lunch etc. (optional)
• 2.30pm Choir arrive for hall set up and get in
• 3.00pm Dress rehearsal of concert
• 6.00pm Break
• 7.00pm Doors open for invited audience. Each choir participant will be given 5 free tickets for their guests. Guests should bring a picnic of food and drinks for their table, to enjoy during the concert.
• 7.30pm Concert Starts
• 8.30pm interval
• 9pm Act 2
• 10pm finish
• Get out - Guests must take all rubbish with them
• 10.30pm - Pub! :-)
